Workscape and Towers Perrin Form Alliance to Deliver Best-In-Class HR Self-Service and Employee Portal Solutions to Employers


NEW YORK, NY and FRAMINGHAM, MASS., MAY 14, 2003 - Towers Perrin, one of the world's largest management, human resource consulting and administration firms, and Workscape, Inc., a proven provider of benefits and workforce management solutions, have entered into an alliance that will leverage each firm's core competencies to jointly design and deliver HR self-service and employee portal solutions for clients and prospects.

 

Under the terms of the alliance, Towers Perrin will do the requirements definition, process mapping, and consulting around the look and feel, navigation and implementation of the portal and self-service solutions. In addition to supplying the technology platform for the solutions, Workscape will assist in the implementation and host the sites in its state-of-the-art facilities. The two firms will also cooperate in joint sales and marketing efforts directed toward existing clients and prospects where aligned with other aspects of each firm's business.
