Description

 

The UK Solutions Consultant (SC) is a critical member of the Workscape team serving as a subject matter expert for Workscape’s talent management solutions in all UK pre and post sales activities. The Solutions Consultant will work closely with the Director of EMEA and internal groups such as Product Engineering, Sales and Product Marketing, Implementation/Ongoing Services and Business Development among others in support of sales and client business process requirements. This position will play a critical role in building client confidence and developing and maintaining a leadership position in the UK market.

 


Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:

  • Support the sales force for new business, channel sales and add on business for existing clients by acting as the industry and product specialist in representing Workscape’s solutions in the sales cycle
  • Work with prospective clients to interpret, define and understand existing compensation and performance processes. Identify solutions to maximize internal process efficiency
  • Position Workscape solutions through discussions, presentations and demonstrations.
  • Work with US based support functions and Director of EMEA to create proposals and respond to RFP/RFI requests
  • Transition clients to the services team for delivery of the solution
  • Participate as a consultant to Product Management, Service Delivery and Product Engineering in validation and advancement of products and strategy based on market input from the field
  • Maintain a deep understanding of Workscape’s products, service offerings and competitive advantages as well as stay current with industry trends and competitors
  • The role requires travel in EMEA to meet with clients/prospects, attend internal meetings, and attend conferences
  • Work closely with the Director of EMEA to support global expansion efforts
  • This role will be a combination of London office, client site and occasional home based.

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • The ideal candidate will be an experienced Compensation practitioner, demonstrating a strong command of HRIS & Compensations systems.
  • Technical savvy- ability to understand technology in order to define requirements and support implementations
  • Strong presentation and application demonstration skills
  • Strong experience in communicating complex concepts to a variety of audiences
  • Organisational administrative skills
  • Business acumen, including judgment, priority setting, adaptability
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong teamwork and collaborative work style among peers and partners
