Description

 

The Sales Operations Manager plays a key support role in our Sales and Marketing team by managing the administration of our CRM system, lead generation activities and development of reporting dashboards. This is a great opportunity for a high –energy, self starter with a proven track record of managing  multiple sales and marketing projects to success.

 


Responsibilities

 

Responsibilities include, but are not limited, to:

  • Administration of a 60 plus user Salesforce.com system. This includes the day-to-day user support and system maintenance and ensuring data integrity. Direct responsibility will also include a business consulting role, working closely with diverse user groups including Senior Management, Sales Management, Marketing, and Finance to deliver timely, accurate and actionable business information. It will also include training new hires on the system.
  • Management and maintenance of the marketing automation solution, Marketo, and its integration with Salesforce.com. This includes lead generation, lead management, lead nurturing, campaign tracking strategy and analysis, and report generation.  
  • Production of Sales and Marketing Dashboards and marketing reporting needs.
  • Support of ancillary tools that enable sales professionals to maximize opportunities.  This includes user adoption, value and process improvement associated with each solution.
  • Collaboration with various groups within Workscape on the integration and deployments  of  sales tools  

 

 

Qualifications

 

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Seven plus years of experience in a similar capacity with experience
    • managing a Salesforce.com system, additional experiences with other CRM systems a plus.
    • with a marketing automation solution – Marketo – a plus
  • Ability to manage projects with multiple tracks as a high-energy leader.
  • Ability to develop clear action plans and drive processes.
  • A successful track record of working with all levels of an organization
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong problem solving skills, analytical capabilities, and collaboration skills.
  • Must have attention to detail, a commitment to quality and be results driven and customer focused.
  • Sales/marketing background preferred.
  • Microsoft Office proficiency- most notably Excel
