For the past decade, Workscape has been delivering solutions and services which are proven to help HR organizations reduce healthcare costs, improve adherence to compensation budgets, establish accurate pay-for-performance models, and ensure alignment between employee activities and corporate goals.

The internship program at Workscape provides a unique opportunity to learn about how employee-centric HR solutions help companies gain greater control over two of their largest personnel-related cost centers ― healthcare benefits and compensation budgets ― in a way that genuinely enhances employee engagement. As an intern, you’ll have real responsibility, real work, and real opportunities to jumpstart your career. (You’ll be paid too!)

Our interns build a portfolio of valuable skills, make personal connections that help them network, and actively contribute to the success of the company. They also have a good time!

During these 8-12 week internships, your assignments may include:

Participation in daily technology stand-ups
Programming
Involvement in the creation of Workscape University schedules and on-demand learning modules
Partnering to develop of financial reports and reconciliation
Working with a client support team to prepare for a launch
Sales lead development and support
